Wow. Brilliant look! The composition and lighting is amazing. My favourite 'Night' interp so far.
If it is Illustrator, I really need to work out how people do these things in it. The textures and so on are very neat.

I look the shadows and the textures on the face.
I really like the shadows cast on his face broken down to such elemental shapes, very effective and has such great drama. Love the bold graphic feel.
